Nurse Recruiter Opportunity

Do you enjoy meeting new people?  Are you a keen judge of character? Are you able to multitask and demonstrate attention for details? If so, you may enjoy nurse recruitment.

Recruitment is a rewarding nursing career that blends your care for patients with your ability to guide and support other caregivers. As a nurse recruiter, your ability to identify the best candidates for nursing roles directly affects the care patients receive.

In addition, you’ll gain new knowledge of employment law and interviewing skills, learn how to utilize an applicant tracking system, source candidates, coordinate open houses and attend career fairs in the region. Clinical Education Specialist Opportunity

Clinical Education Specialists combine their clinical expertise and passion for teaching into rich and rewarding careers. One day, they might be in a classroom or simulation lab working with newly hired nurses, new grads or techs; the next day, they are designing, implementing, evaluating and revising academic and continuing education programs for nurses. Clinical Education Specialists play an important role in the professional development of our current nursing staff, as well as future generations of nurses.

Primary areas of responsibility for this role are facilitating Nursing Service Orientation, managing the Nurse Residency Program and teaching professional development courses. Applicants should have some education experience and be available to work full time, Monday through Friday.

Are you energetic, innovative, and passionate about our profession? Please apply! Contact Irma Holland at iholland@aahs.org with questions or apply via AAMC’s TEDS website.
