Energize Together Wellness Movement Update
INTRODUCING NEW FITNESS CLASSES: The Energize movement is in full force as we rolled out a full schedule of new fitness classes this week. Fall is a great time to get into a fitness routine, and now we have more than 25 fitness classes per week to get you energized. AAHS employees can enjoy exclusive low prices with convenient payroll deduction. Choose from three options: Purchase the EZ Pass and attend as many classes as you like for just $20 per paycheck; get a 10-class card for $80; or simply drop in a class $10 (space permitting). Purchase an EZ Pass and get a FREE sports bag (while supplies last). Click here to register or get more info.
WEIGHT WATCHERS @ WORK: Weight Watchers also started this week, with classes meeting on Wednesdays from 12:30 to 1:15pm in the Rotary Room at 5 to 5:45 in the Sajak Pavilion, 2nd floor. The first session has already begun, but you can still register and attend the remaining 16 weeks. Participants pay $175, which can be payroll-deducted at $29.16 over six paychecks. Register by going to the next session on September 21 and get a FREE lunch tote.
MOVEMENT CHALLENGE: In August, we piloted a Walking Challenge with the Energize Wellness Champions. An overwhelming 211 employees entered and spent the month of August logging their steps and fitness activities. Congratulations to OSMC, whose two walking teams took first and second places. The Foundation took third place and the two Breast Center teams took fourth and fifth places, respectively. This October, there will be a system-wide Energize Movement Challenge. Watch for details coming soon!
