Congratulations to AAMC’s graduating Nurse Residents!

Congratulations to our graduating cohort of Nurse Residents! These new grad nurses started their journey in September 2015, meeting monthly for nearly a year as they learned about effective delegation, communication, time management, documentation standards, stress management, emergency/code management, evidence-based practice, professional development, quality improvement and patient safety. They also practiced self-care through yoga and journaling.

They celebrated their graduation from this rigorous program on August 18, surrounded by family and colleagues.

On behalf of all AAMC Nurses, we are delighted to congratulate this exceptional group of men and women on their graduation from the Nurse Residency Program — we know each of them brings something special and unique to their units. We look forward to what’s ahead for each of you.
