Charting a course for your future: the LEAD Program at AAMC

You’re not the type to float through life. You’re a leader. You are always learning. You want to make a difference. And AAMC wants to support you in that.  

The Leadership Exploration and Development (LEAD) Program, starting this fall, is an amazing opportunity exclusively for AAMC employees.

What’s it all about? LEAD will develop your leadership skills, offer professional development opportunities, and provide mentoring and support to individuals who are already demonstrating leadership qualities in their current role.

All clinical, clinical support, ancillary and administrative staff are welcome to apply. From these applications, a cohort of 40 will be chosen.
