What’s next? We keep improving and keep celebrating!
We will continue to strive for excellence.
We will continue to pay attention to the BIG 3- Nursing Quality, Patient Satisfaction and the Practice Environment.
We will continue to perform a gap analysis each year against the Magnet framework — identifying areas for improvement in our structures and processes.
We will continue to identify problems and implement the right interventions.
We will continue to measure our outcomes to see what a difference we have made — measuring both before and after.
And we will continue to celebrate. (HINT: Nurses Week Dinner)
