The Pulse survey measures RN satisfaction and guides change. Look for it in your email on Aug. 28!

In our continued effort to ensure an optimal work environment for our nurses on all of our units/departments, beginning Monday, August 28, we will be conducting a very brief survey to measure RN satisfaction. The survey consists of eight questions from the NDNQI RN Survey designed to measure your work environment, such as time for patient care, team work, and quality of care on your unit/department. Your answers are anonymous, no one has access to your individual responses. All data is summarized at the unit/department or organization level.

Your Clinical Director will send you an invitation to participate in the survey and a link to the survey on Monday, August 28. The survey will be open for a two week period ending Sunday, September 10. After the survey is closed your Clinical Director will meet with nursing staff by October 8 to review the findings, and if needed, develop actions to improve your work environment.
