Does work seems to keep piling up, but you aren’t sure how you’re going to get it all done? Or, do you feel like you’re getting more things done, but you aren’t sure if they’re the right things? In this session, we aren’t going to focus on the latest fad, trend or time management tool, but rather a way of thinking. Time management is really self-management.
Objectives for this course are to:
- Identify characteristics of effective time management
- Examine our own urgency addiction
- Review time management matrix and determine how to put first things first
- Apply first things first concepts to our weekly schedule
