The CNA Clinical Ladder recognizes and encourages CNAs who take on responsibilities and are involved in activities that improve unit governance, patient care quality, and the work environment and promote continuous learning of front-line caregivers. CNA Clinical Ladder Review Sessions will occur on Wednesday, July 5, Wednesday, July 12, and Wednesday, July 19 from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm in the Doordan Institute.
