Conflict occurs frequently in any workplace, and healthcare is no exception. Unfortunately, unresolved conflict can cause dysfunctional teamwork, decreased patient satisfaction, and increased employee turnover. Research demonstrates that training in conflict resolution skills can result in improved teamwork, productivity, and patient and employee satisfaction. Join us to learn more about recognizing your own conflict style and the conflict style of others – then we’ll use group discussion and role play to effectively work through some conflict situations.
