Cardiac Rehab rocks. Patient agrees.
Below, a Cardiac Rehab patient expresses his thanks to the staff for their excellent care. Way to go, Cardiac Rehab!
I have been a patient in your Cardiac Rehabilitation clinic for the usual 36 visits after my heart attack in July and would like to express my thoughts on the operation in general and the staff in particular. My first impressions of the newness and cleanliness of the facility were very favorable.
More importantly, however, was the general good-natured disposition of the staff. While it is expected that they would be skilled and competent in dispatching their duties, it was refreshing to find them so genuinely pleasant. I never saw them in a bad mood, short with a patient, or unhelpful. They have always been very accommodating and unobtrusive while taking blood pressure and monitoring vital signs.
The nurses that I met were Terri Harding, Diane Walters, Carol Frazer, and Stuart Kopps. I would be remiss if I did not write you to express my gratitude for their help during this time of adjustment.
