Call for ideas! What should we name AAMC’s new Clinical Ladder?
It’s been one week since the launch of our new Clinical Ladder. Last Friday, over 100 AAMC nurses came together to learn about the ladder. Lots of fun, good questions, and camaraderie from nurses across the organization.
Don’t forget…we need a name for our Clinical Ladder. In other organizations, they’ve used UEXCEL, ACE, LEAP. What will we call our ladder?
Submit your ideas to clinedu@aahs.org or post here!

Helix (my personal fav)
Rationale: A helix is a spiral that gravitates to a central force by magnetic pull. 🙂 Central force is AAMC, spiral is nursing
Couple of ideas-
Professional Practice Recognition & Reward Program
Clinical Practice Recognition & Reward Program
or leave out “reward”… Professional Practice Recognition Program, etc.
Neat idea asking the nurses…I like it!
what about L.E.VATE? 🙂
