Congratulations to Samantha Campbell, Eliza Falcone, and Vanisha Owens — the first to achieve AAMC’s CNA Clinical Ladder!

Congratulations to Samantha Campbell, Eliza Falcone, and Vanisha Owens — the first to achieve AAMC’s CNA Clinical Ladder!

Last week, AAMC held our very first CNA Clinical Ladder Board. All three applicants, Samantha Campbell (Oncology), Eliza Falcone (Oncology), and Vanisha Owens (4 Medical), achieved the highest level in the Ladder, a Level 3.

Each applicant did incredible work and was heavily involved on their units and within the hospital, from participating in quality and PCT councils, community service initiatives, skills days, unit education, community service, preceptorship, and much more. A huge congratulations goes out to Samantha, Eliza and Vanisha!
