AAMC’s Institute for Healthy Aging is hosting an Age-Friendly Lecture to explore best practices and concepts around mentation for older adults.

This interactive session presented by Jennifer L. Fitzpatrick, MSW will show you how to identify isolation, re-engage older adults and caregivers experiencing it, and prevent the senior isolation crisis from becoming worse.
